Description and Requirements Process Engineer Job Type: Full-Time Location: Whitsett, North Carolina Description and Requirements Lenovo is seeking a Process Engineer to establish, standardize, and continuously improve manufacturing and engineering processes across its operations. This role brings together process control, Lean manufacturing, equipment engineering, facility projects, project management, safety, and technical-team leadership. The successful candidate will use structured problem-solving and data-driven analysis to improve efficiency, product quality, productivity, safety, and operational performance. This individual will collaborate with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), and other cross-functional teams to execute projects, support manufacturing expansion, and advance best-practice adoption across sites.
