Short Description

The Pulmonary administrative coordinator will support the providers of the division with responsibilities that will include admin tasks, improvement of patient access by completion of schedule requests and schedule management as well as strong liaison partnership with all team members within and outside of AHI and ambulatory teams.

The administrative coordinator will join a growing AHI Pulm team to build a strong foundation that will support this fast-paced, accomplished division.

  • Provides administrative support for providers
  • Coordinates Cadence, Outlook and Optime schedules for physicians and APPs alongside division coordinator and existing team, including management of urgent patient requests
  • Management of Epic baskets
  • Direct liaison with scheduling analysts, Health Care Access, ambulatory locations, outpatient procedure locations, PAC, IT, and other partners
  • Contribution towards Pulmonary and Cooper projects
  • Completion of other duties as assigned

Experience Required

0-2 years required


Education Requirements

High School/ GED


Special Requirements

Communication - Ability to communicate with patients, providers and coworkers

Ability to work independently, multi-task and prioritize

Hourly Rate Min $21
Hourly Rate Max $33


The New Jersey Pay Transparency Act requires disclosure of the pay range for this position.

A salary offer will vary based on the job role, candidate experience, qualifications, internal pay equity and market data.
