Who We're Looking For Microsoft Advertising (MSA) is seeking aLearning and Development Certification Learning Managerresponsible for designing, managing, and scaling certification programs that educate and validate learner knowledge, skills, and readiness. This role partners with subject matter experts, business stakeholders, instructional designers, and training delivery teams to create industry-recognized certification pathways that drive skill attainment, professional credibility, and measurable business outcomes. This role will manage the evolution of our Learning Management System (LMS) platforms- including strategy, design, content creation, execution, promotion, and measurement. The role combines proficieny in learning and development, assessment design, credentialing best practices, learning technology, and program management to ensure certifications are rigorous, scalable, data-driven, and aligned to business needs. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $125,000 - $206,400 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
