Lead the way in exceptional cancer and hematology care. As Practice Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of our South Portland Cancer Care practice, supporting both clinical and administrative teams while creating an environment where patients, providers, and staff can thrive. Our practice provides care for both cancer and hematology patients, giving you the opportunity to lead a team that makes a meaningful difference in the lives of patients every day. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

1. Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred.

2. License/Certifications: N/A

3. Experience: Two or more years' management/supervisory experience preferred. Hospital/outpatient clinic management preferred.

4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A

5. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Knowledge of financials including AP and AR

The pay range for this position is $77,147.20to $104,353.60per year.

Compensation for part-time positions isdeterminedon a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).

In addition to base pay, MaineHealth offerscomprehensivebenefits, recognition programs, career growth opportunities, and,where applicable,shiftdifferentials or other incentives.
