Description Memorial Hospital Nursing Are you a new graduate Registered Nurse ready to begin your career in a supportive outpatient environment where you can build strong clinical skills and meaningful patient relationships? Join the Primary Care team at Memorial Hospital in beautiful North Conway, New Hampshire, as a full-time, 40-hour day shift Registered Nurse and become part of a collaborative team dedicated to providing exceptional, patient-centered care to our community. As a Primary Care RN, you'll work closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, medical assistants, and other members of the care team to support patients across all stages of life. You'll perform patient assessments, provide telephone triage, administer medications and immunizations, assist with procedures, coordinate care, provide patient and family education, and help patients manage acute and chronic health conditions. Primary care is an excellent place to begin your nursing career because you'll develop a broad clinical foundation while building lasting relationships with patients and families.
