Description Medical Group Practices Nursing Are you a Registered Nurse who thrives in a fast-paced environment where every day brings something new? Join the MaineHealth Urgent Care team in beautiful North Conway, New Hampshire, as a full-time, 36-hour Registered Nurse and become part of a collaborative team dedicated to providing timely, high-quality care to our community and visitors to the Mount Washington Valley. As an Urgent Care RN, you'll work closely with providers and other members of the clinical team to care for patients with a wide variety of non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries. You'll assess and triage patients, administer medications and treatments, assist with procedures and diagnostic testing, provide patient education, coordinate follow-up care, and help ensure every patient receives compassionate and efficient care. This role offers the opportunity to use a broad range of nursing skills in a dynamic outpatient environment where no two shifts are exactly the same. From seasonal illnesses and infections to minor injuries and other acute healthcare needs, you'll use your clinical judgment and assessment skills to help patients receive the right care at the right time. North Conway is a four-season destination, which means you'll have the opportunity to care for both local residents and visitors who come to the area for skiing, hiking, biking, and other outdoor activities. This is a Registered Nurse 2 vacancy open to candidates with greater than 1 year of RN work experience. For a limited time, MaineHealth is offering up to $10,000 Sign-on bonus for all eligible Registered Nurses with 0-2 years of experience and $20,000 for experienced Registered Nurses with greater than 2 years of experience!
