Junior Program Analyst LOCATION:El Segundo, CA JOB STATUS: Full-time CLEARANCE: Secret CERTIFICATION: N/A TRAVEL: As Needed Astrion has an exciting opportunity for a Junior Space Program Analyst to join the Enterprise Capabilities Team at Space Systems Integration Office (SSIO), Space Systems Command (SSC), United States Space Force (USSF), Los Angeles AFB, El Segundo, CA This position provides a critical role in advancing, integrating, and delivering system-of-systems space capabilities that support national security objectives. This is an opportunity to define the future of space operations-shaping enterprise requirements, performing mission engineering, and driving science and technology investments across USSF mission portfolios. Your specific role will be to support programs by ensuring that the Space Industrial Base is mature, ready, and able to deliver components, subsystems, and systems required by mission-critical systems across the USSF Space Enterprise. In addition, you will assist inmanaging program risks by identifying, assessing, and mitigating threats, vulnerabilities, and disruptions to the Space Industrial Base supply chain from beginning to end to ensure mission effectiveness. Astrion has worked extensively with the U.S. Space Force where it has earned a reputation for on-time delivery of high-quality products tailored to the needs of its clients. This position provides support to a government customer in El Segundo, CA for systems engineering and integration in a variety of Space Force tasks and projects. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
- Bachelor's Degree in related STEM and/or Business-related fields, such as Systems Engineering, Electrical/Computer/Mechanical/Engineering, Mathematics, Physics/Chemistry, General Sciences, Business Management, Finance, etc.
- Proficient in MS Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams); adaptable to new analytical tools (Jira / Confluence)
- Travel as required
- Ability to gain SECRET DoD security clearance required. DoD clearance eligibility requirements include U.S. citizenship.

- Must be flexible in adapting to deadlines, changing schedules, competing priorities, and unpredictable events
- Thorough, detail oriented, and organized, with excellent time management skills, ability to prioritize and handlemultipleprojects at once, and work with minimal customer oversight
- Superb written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
- Be able to independently present data, Government's position, and recommendations to any size audiencecompromised of peers through senior management
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist senior team members with data collection, market research, and analysis (through development of product assessment reports)
- Help prepare technical reports, documentation, and routine project deliverables
- Assist senior team members with supply chain risk management assessment reports modeled after Department of Defense Risk Taxonomy 2.1
- Develop quad charts for technical assessment on supply chain bottlenecks
- Develop Company Dashboards providing overview of technologies, leadership, contracts supported, existing government funding, etc.
- Manage vendor outreach (setting up meetings, establishing agenda topics, capturing notes / minutes, action item review / execution)
- Work with supply chain illumination tools to optimize supply chain risk analysis
- Assist senior team members with Space Force tasking artifacts to include electronic Staff Summary Sheets, memorandum for endorsements for Defense Production Act Title III investments and presentations
- Assist senior team members with data management systems/dashboard development to include Teams, Confluence, Warpcore, etc.
- Update Jira and Confluence pages with weekly branch progress reports
- Attend industry conferences to capture notes and minutes
- Provide monthly activity status bullets to senior team members
