THE ROLE The Odom Corporation is seeking an HR Specialist (Workers' Compensation) to support workers' compensation, injury management, return-to-work, and related employee support activities across our multi-state operations. This position serves as a key resource for employees, managers, carriers, third-party administrators, and internal stakeholders, helping ensure claims are administered effectively while supporting compliance, employee recovery, and operational continuity.
