Job Description

In this role, you will develop, review, revise, and manage complex CAD drawings, construction documents, design packages, and project documentation supporting remodels, expansions, and new construction projects.

You'll partner with design leadership, construction managers, real estate and facilities, operations, procurement, IT, regulatory stakeholders, architects, and consultants to create practical, cost-effective design solutions. This includes reviewing architectural and engineering plans, specifications, submittals, change requests, RFIs, and addenda to ensure alignment with project requirements, organizational standards, and regulatory guidelines.

You will also support construction administration activities; identify design risks, constructability concerns, and compliance issues early in the project lifecycle; and assist in evaluating project scope, schedule impacts, and design-related costs. You'll help maintain and continuously improve design standards, drafting standards, templates, specifications, and documentation processes to support the team's overall success and facility experience.

This role leads the development, coordination, and execution of construction design documentation for capital projects, remodels, expansions, and new facility development. You will help ensure designs are practical, cost-effective, consistent with internal standards, and compliant with applicable building codes and regulatory requirements.
