Job DescriptionThis is a leadership role at the center of the organization's financial operations and future growth. Reporting to the VP of Finance, the Controller will lead the day-to-day accounting function while helping shape financial strategy, strengthen processes, and build a high-performing finance team. This role requires a hands-on leader who can balance accuracy and compliance with forward-thinking insight, turning financial data into meaningful guidance for business decisions. The ideal candidate brings manufacturing experience, a passion for developing people, and a track record of improving systems, processes, and financial visibility to help organizations scale and succeed. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related field with a minimum (10) years of progressive accounting experience required, with the majority within a manufacturing environment preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
