The Opportunity: The Building Automation Systems (BAS) Analyst III position is critical to ensuring the effective operation and value realization of the Willow digital twin and its Fault Detection and Diagnostics (FDD) platform by serving as the first line of technical review for insights and analytics. This role provides essential validation of alerts, performs root cause analysis to distinguish actionable issues from false positives, and translates complex system findings into clear, prioritized recommendations for operations and maintenance teams. By coordinating directly with supervisors and managers to determine appropriate dispatch actions, the BAS Analyst III ensures that campus resources are deployed efficiently, reduces unnecessary work orders, and improves response time to legitimate system faults. This function is foundational to maintaining data trust, optimizing asset performance, and sustaining reliable, efficient campus building operations. Responsibilities: FDD Review & Diagnostic Quality

Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or Equivalent and 6+ years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience pursuant to Fla. Stat. 112.219(6). Preferred Qualifications:
Special Instructions to the Applicants: The anticipated salary range for this position is $89,076 - $111,345. The final salary will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and internal equity considerations. This position requires a Level 2 Background Check through the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) Clearinghouse prior to employment. For more information, please visit the FDLE Clearinghouse website. Position requires a valid Class E driver's license. This position may involve driving to various locations on and off campus to conduct University business. All applicants must be authorized to work for any U.S. employer.
