Now hiring for a Project Manager Location: Austin, TX $35.00 - $40.00 per hour Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Respect the Process. Run the Floor. In this role, you will lead business transformation projects that improve processes, streamline operations, and enhance customer service performance. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate current workflows, implement process improvements, manage project timelines, and ensure successful delivery of key business initiatives. Education Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Operations, or a related field preferred Experience Requirements Previous project management experience required Experience leading business process improvement or transformation initiatives Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Experience working with customer service or call center operations preferred Job Duties Lead business process improvement and transformation initiatives across call center and customer service operations Manage multiple concurrent projects from initiation through completion Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet established objectives Partner with operations, technology, and leadership teams to evaluate current processes Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement Design and implement enhanced workflows and operational solutions Track project timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies Provide regular project updates and status reports to stakeholders Facilitate collaboration across multiple departments and workstreams Support change management activities and drive successful project implementation Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay for leaders who know how to keep a shift moving.
