BIC Data Operations Specialist
Position summary: Under the supervision of the Director, BIC Operations & Projects, the BIC Data Operations Specialist supports BIC's growing need for repeatable data execution, reporting operations, and automation support outside core workflow platforms. This role will work alongside the BIC Operations & Business Process Analyst. They will operationalize analytics, reporting, and automation solutions designed by senior staff, allowing BIC to maintain speed, accuracy, and self sufficiency while freeing advanced technical resources to focus on architecture, tooling, and future state initiatives (e.g., AI enablement, cloud migration, integrations). Cooley offers a competitive compensation and excellent benefits package and is committed to fair and equitable employment practices. EOE. The expected hourly pay range for this position with a work schedule of 40 hours per week is $39.50 - $58.00 ($82,160.00 - $120,640.00 annually). Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience and skillset of the candidate.
