Title: Enterprise Arch Sr Consultant (Sitecore Solution Architect, Marketing Technology) Location: TX-Richardson and NYC, NY (Hybrid - In office T/W/Th) Assignment Duration: 1 year Potential to convert to FTE, If so, what rate: If budget and headcount are available Team Overview:
Licenses/Certifications:
Must Have Skills: * 12+ years in solution architecture, with at least 4 years focused on enterprise CMS/DXP platforms (Sitecore strongly preferred). * Proven delivery experience on large-scale CMS re-platform or migration programs involving multiple SI and vendor partners. * Experience working in a global enterprise context with multi-country, multi-language web deployments. * Track record of managing complex integration landscapes (CRM, DAM, identity, analytics, CDN) in a CMS context. * Comfort operating in matrixed, multi-stakeholder delivery environments with active governance structures. Nice to have skills: * Direct Sitecore AI (formerly Sitecore XM Cloud) experience on a production deployment. * Experience with Sprinklr migration or replacement programs. * Familiarity with commercial real estate, financial services, or professional services digital ecosystems. * Exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud account engagement (Pardot) or similar MAP integration with CMS. * Experience with content authoring governance design and workflow automation for large, distributed marketing teams. Soft Skills: * Able to serve as the technical voice in executive-level steering committee meetings and crossfunctional governance forums. * Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to translate technical architecture into business-readable documentation. * Experience working with offshore and nearshore SI partners -holding partners accountable to architecture standards and delivery commitments. Years of Experience: 12 + years Education Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field required.
