As a member of our products legal team, you'll help propel our forward-thinking and purpose-driven team as we advance our clients' missions. Reporting to the director, you'll serve as an attorney to provide legal guidance throughout product development, go to market, and transactional processes. You'll assist teams on strategizing ways to sell, create, or update license documents and assist in negotiation of Ts and Cs, participate in business team planning and regular status meetings, and work collaboratively within the broader enterprise operations team on addressing trends, challenges, and process improvements. Your support will be in the context of various customer bases, including commercial and international, and U.S. Federal Government agencies. You may also provide legal support to the transactional legal teams that support our broader services and solutions portfolio across defense, national security, and civil sectors. You'll establish trusted partnerships across the company and collaborate with fellow members of the legal, ethics, and compliance team to protect and advance the company while navigating the complex, multifaceted, and often novel legal and compliance risks we face today. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $128,700.00 to $292,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
