ScheduleMonday - Friday | 6 AM - 3:30 PM

• High school diploma or GED.

• 2 years of previous experience in construction or electrical work
• Knowledge of electrical circuits and wiring
• Understanding of roofing systems and installation techniques
• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Experience in installing: Solar Flex Rack, Game Change, Nex Tracker, Equilibrium

• Install solar panels on rooftops or in other suitable locations
• Connect panels to electrical systems
• Test and maintain solar equipment
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines
• Assist with maintenance of panels and related equipment
• Provide support to senior installers as needed
