• Previous recruiting, staffing, HR, or administrative experience required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial setting is preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR-related systems is a plus

• Recruit and staff direct labor positions
• Conduct new hire orientations
• Provide plant tours to prospective employees
• Assist with onboarding and new employee paperwork
• Manage and audit employee timecards
• Support general HR administrative functions
• Partner with supervisors and hiring managers to address staffing needs
