We're seeking a detail-oriented Complaint Handling Quality Engineer to review product complaint investigations, analyze technical findings, and ensure quality standards are met. Education Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related STEM field Experience Requirements Experience in quality engineering, complaint handling, or regulated manufacturing environments preferred Strong technical writing and documentation skills Knowledge of quality systems and compliance processes Ability to interpret technical data and communicate findings effectively Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills Job Duties Review completed complaint investigations and returned product analysis reports Evaluate product performance issues and ensure complaints are adequately addressed Support quality investigations involving electrical, mechanical, electro-mechanical, chemical, or optical products Assist technicians and engineering teams with technical analysis and documentation Identify and communicate quality concerns to cross-functional teams Analyze trends and support continuous improvement initiatives Provide technical support for regulatory, legal, and customer service inquiries Participate in projects focused on enhancing investigation processes and quality outcomes Maintain compliance with quality system requirements and established procedures Physical Capabilities Ability to work at a computer for extended periods Strong attention to detail and concentration skills Ability to manage repetitive tasks with accuracy and consistency Employee Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and pet insurance 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Commuter/Parking Accounts People Perks Health Savings Account (HSA) AD&D Insurance What You'll Do In this role, you'll review and evaluate high volumes of product complaint investigations, analyze technical findings, collaborate with engineering and quality teams, and help ensure compliance with industry quality standards.
