  • Verify that proposed corrective actions address root cause and support sustainable closure; provide investigation outcomes to the Quality Coordinator for tracking and due date follow-up
  • Review quality documentation for completeness and compliance (e.g., inspection records, material certs, turnover packages, quality evidence) in support of audits, nonconformance investigations, and trend/continuous improvement inputs
  • Lead trend analysis of audit findings, nonconformance data, and quality performance signals to identify systemic gaps; initiate and drive continuous improvement initiativeswith responsible teams through to measurable results
  • Prepare clear reports and presentations of audit results, RCA outcomes, trend analysis, and continuous improvement recommendations for upper management and Site Manager review
  • Follow up on issued audit findings and continuous improvement actions to confirm corrective actions were implemented and effective, escalating unresolved or high-risk gaps to the Quality Site Manager
