What to Expect

As Sr. Project Manager will be responsible for supporting Fleet Service & Collision Programs across North America and LATAM. This role sits at the intersection of Fleet Sales and Service/Collision enablement: building the processes, tools, training, and operating rhythms that let commercial customers get consistent maintenance and body repair at scale. You will drive both near-term execution and long-term planning-analyzing problem statements, recommending solutions, and leading cross-functional decisions that improve efficiency and customer experience. You will partner closely with Fleet Sales and Service Programs in an operational, tactical, and program-planning capacity. Fleet Sales owns the full customer lifecycle for non-consumer segments (Business-to-Business, Small & Medium Enterprises, Government, Transport, Shared Mobility, etc.).

To succeed at Tesla, you must be energetic, highly organized, and hard-working. You should have a passion for sustainable energy and the ability to work well in a fast-moving environment. While individual contributions will be recognized, teamwork is essential to achieve the highest level of success. We reward team players who help others succeed and empower the team around them.

What You'll Do
  • Drive cost and process optimization across Sales, Service, and Delivery for commercial customers in North America and LATAM
  • Partner with Fleet Sales to build a cohesive strategy for commercial maintenance and repair growth across both regions
  • Enable Service and Collision with current playbooks, SOPs, job aids, and training for internal teams and external partners as tools and policies change
  • Own the program roadmap to expand commercial body repair and maintenance access; lead launches and change management (pilot scale), including Tesla App readiness, communications, adoption tracking, and feedback loops
  • Set and uphold CX and ops standards with cross-functional partners; run effective partner meetings with Service, Collision, Sales, and others; define guardrails that protect customer experience and cut operational friction
  • Propose tools and solutions that drive growth and efficiency; deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly updates on program growth and financial performance with strong accountability
  • Localize standards and processes for LATAM while keeping multi-region programs scalable, consistent, and growth-oriented

What You'll Bring
  • 1+ year Tesla Service/Collision experience with strong grasp of fundamentals, systems, processes, KPIs, and cross-functional relationships
  • 3+ years in program/project management, operations, or service enablement; proven ability to drive adoption and implement new processes without direct authority
  • Customer-first problem solver who builds business cases and thorough analysis before launch; experience with SCA, Tesla App, Excel, and PowerPoint (Tableau/SQL a plus)
  • Cross-functional connector who resolves conflict and strengthens ties among commercial customers, internal service, and external maintenance partners
  • Self-starter with strong time management, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple projects against critical deadlines
  • Collaborative communicator who partners across teams, escalates when needed, and delivers clear oral/written updates to all levels; driven by Tesla's mission
  • Multi-region / bilingual: supports programs across North America and LATAM; bilingual Spanish required (Portuguese a plus)
