As a Security Officer Full Time Lobby Ambassador in Jacksonville, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a healthcare location, you will welcome patients, visitors, and staff while supporting access control and badge processes. You will maintain a visible presence, respond to security-related concerns, communicate professionally, and help create a welcoming environment. Pay Rate: $16.35 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide a professional, welcoming front-desk presence for patients, visitors, staff, and vendors at a healthcare treatment location.
• Carry out site-specific security-related procedures, visitor-management processes, and customer service activities in accordance with Allied Universal and client requirements.
• Verify visitor access as directed, issue visitor credentials when applicable, and maintain accurate entry logs and related documentation.
• Monitor the lobby and adjacent entrance areas, report unusual activity or access concerns, and help to deter unauthorized entry through a courteous, attentive presence.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while following established emergency response procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
