Job Details Registered Nurse II Per Diem -36 hours monthly (3) 12 hours shifts Rotating shifts \| 7 AM- 7p:30 PM and 7 PM - 7:30 AM \| Flexible Schedule Weekend and Holiday requirements per the guideline of the department. In this role, you'll work across a variety of acute care units, gaining valuable experience while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care. What You'll Do Provide high-quality nursing care across multiple units, including: Medical Surgical Step-Down/PCU Medical Observation Surgical Observation ED Hold What We're Looking For Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills Adaptability and confidence in diverse patient care environments Commitment to patient advocacy and exceptional care Collaborative team player with a positive attitude Compassionate, patient-focused approach Qualifications BSN required or commitment to obtain within three years of hire (with relevant experience) Minimum of two years of Medical-Surgical RN experience in an acute care hospital setting Current BLS certification required Why ChristianaCare Cecil Campus?
