Position Close Date: 10/10/2026 Volunteers of America Oregon's Community & Electronic Monitoring Program works in partnership with the Juvenile Services Division, courts, and other community-based providers to help support youth through tracking and monitoring in their community and/or home in lieu of incarceration. The role is responsible for monitoring youth referred into the program to ensure that conditions of release are being complied with, to assess the nature of the activities of the juvenile in the community, and to ensure public safety and that the youth return to court. This position requires driving throughout Multnomah County/Clackamas County. Education & Experience

Travel Requirement Travel is not required Supervisory Responsibilities This position has no supervisory responsibilities but may provide guidance to interns. Physical Demands & Work Environment The physical demands described here must be met by an employee while performing the essential duties of this job. Employees in this position may occasionally be exposed to crisis or emergency situations and are expected to maintain safety and professionalism in environments where clients may present unpredictable or escalated behavior. Occasional travel between program sites and community locations may be required. Individuals in this role must be able to perform essential job duties with or without reasonable accommodation and without posing a direct threat to the safety or health of employees or others. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
