Press space or enter keys to toggle section visibility As an analyst with Commodities and Global Markets, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and build your career as you learn from in-house experts ranging from geologists to meteorologists, petroleum and mining engineers to data scientists, quant strategists to traders and advisers. Through a direct placement with Commodities' Structuring team, you will work with the trading and sales teams to price, structure and manage commodities transactions. What does our program offer? As a graduate with Commodities and Global Markets, you will: Take part in an orientation to learn about Macquarie business groups, with your fellow analysts in New York and expand your professional network. Receive formal training, including financial modelling and presentation skills, but at its core the program provides practical on-the-job learning to further your career. If you have ideas that have merit, we'll give you the opportunity to develop and test them to create new possibilities. Build strong connections and work collaboratively while also partnering directly with our business leaders on meaningful and challenging work. This opportunity is for undergraduate or Masters students expecting to graduate between December 2026 - June 2027. You are a critical thinker with strong numerical skills and can articulate your thoughts and ideas clearly. You like to collaborate with others and are comfortable building strong working relationships. You have an interest in financial services and bring a proactive, resourceful, and positive attitude as well as a strong work ethic.
