The Omni Fort Worth Hotel is searching for dedicated hospitality professionals with guest service mentality to join our extraordinary team! Responsibilities: * Effectively maintain accounts to achieve business objectives. * Identify and stay abreast of industry trends to provide leadership and education * Work closely with DOSMs to effectively communicate new trends and develop strategies to increase revenue. * Responsible for management of customer decisions and the relationship process. * Responsible for directing and leading activities through internal and external resources. * Work closely with all levels of the organization to resolve complex issues or concerns; communicating in a clear concise manner. * Ensure full maximization of rooms potential. * Maintain emphasis on exceeding established group rate guidelines. * Assist Director of Sales & Marketing in developing, maintaining, and implementing strategies/ action plans to generate revenues for the hotel. * Stimulate productivity of all sales staff through guidance, development, and support. * Develop, maintain, and implement creative packages to fill identified need periods in all markets. * Active solicitation of key accounts to generate direct sales. * Maintain Sales Team's focus on a Proactive Solicitation environment. * Assist Director of Sales & Marketing in the achievement of overall Food and Beverage revenue. * Develop, maintain, and implement the group rooms budgeting and forecasting process. * Ensure that all administrative procedures are in place and functioning effectively. * Ensure that all required reports are completed on a timely basis. * Promote high visibility of hotel through active involvement in industry associations and trade shows. * Ensure a challenging and exciting environment to encourage full career development and personal growth. Qualifications: * College degree or equivalent experience. * 5 years of Hotel sales experience in a Senior Sales or Director role. * Must be a self-starting team player that contributes positive energy. * Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team oriented environment. * Excellent ability to conduct group presentations, written and oral. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and reprioritize when necessary. * Strong business planning, account planning and budget management skills. * Demonstrated ability to be creative to develop strategies that will drive revenue. * Demonstrated ability to tie strategies and planned actions to results. * Strong financial/statistical analysis and business case development skills. * Strong understanding and expertise in the sales process. * Extensive experience with account management. * Proficient in use of Excel, Word, PowerPoint. * Travel - 25%.
