What You'll Do

• Collaborate closely with product management teams, specifically contributing to basketball and other strategic apparel initiatives, to drive product success.
• Lead projects through the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept to successful completion, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of execution processes.
• Synthesize regional feedback, transforming diverse insights into actionable design and product development enhancements.
• Contribute strategically to the evolution of product lines, ensuring strong alignment with brand vision and market demands.
• Foster seamless cross-functional collaboration to ensure efficient product development and impactful market launches.

What You'll Bring

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Product Line Design, specifically with apparel performance wear products. Experience in streetwear is also valued, especially with a strong passion for basketball.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated experience and passion for the basketball industry or culture.
• Proven ability to manage projects comprehensively, from initial concept to final delivery.
• Experience in gathering and implementing regional feedback into product design.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• A self-starter mentality, capable of quickly adapting and taking initiative in new environments.
• Comfort working in fluid and ambiguous settings, embracing challenges and driving solutions.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all seniority levels and across various functional teams.
