This company is actively transforming its technology, supply chain, and customer operations to build a more connected, efficient, and responsive business. Your expertise will be crucial in enhancing operational visibility, scalability, and customer service for a brand celebrated worldwide.

Step into a pivotal role where you will directly lead critical initiatives that will reshape and optimize core supply chain operations, driving a major Omnichannel Customer Supply Chain transformation. This is an incredible opportunity to make a tangible impact: you'll be instrumental in evaluating existing workflows, pinpointing operational bottlenecks, and crafting practical, future-state processes that directly enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. Your strategic vision and hands-on leadership will create more efficient, scalable, and customer-focused supply chain operations, contributing significantly to the success of a global brand at the forefront of its industry.

What You'll Do

  • Lead Value Stream Mapping (VSM) activities, encompassing meticulous planning, facilitating engaging workshops, documenting current-state processes, and developing strategic future-state recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across Omnichannel Customer Supply Chain and Order-to-Cash teams to identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and high-impact improvement opportunities.
  • Map intricate end-to-end workflows, including order processing, information flows, system interactions, critical decision points, handoffs, and clear process ownership.
  • Collect and rigorously validate operational data to establish robust performance baselines using key metrics such as cycle time, order-processing time, on-time in-full (OTIF) delivery, inventory accuracy, and exception rates.
  • Identify bottlenecks, delays, rework, duplication, and non-value-added activities by applying Lean and continuous improvement principles.
  • Facilitate insightful discussions with process owners and subject-matter experts to validate findings, investigate root causes, and build strong alignment on proposed improvements.
  • Develop comprehensive future-state process maps and actionable recommendations addressing workflows, responsibilities, controls, technology requirements, and operational capabilities.
  • Translate findings into prioritized improvement roadmaps with clear milestones, accountable owners, dependencies, and measurable success criteria.
  • Manage project schedules, risks, issues, decisions, and stakeholder communications to ensure seamless alignment and timely delivery.
  • Support change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and successful adoption of redesigned processes.
  • Collaborate with technical and business teams to identify opportunities for innovative software solutions, AI-enabled automation, and improved data validation.
  • Monitor implementation progress and evaluate improvements against operational performance, budget, and ROI objectives.

What You'll Bring (Must-Have Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent qualifications.
  • 1-3 years of project management experience within retail, eCommerce, or a related business environment.
  • Proven experience with Value Stream Mapping, business process mapping, or continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Solid understanding of supply chain operations, Order-to-Cash processes, or end-to-end business workflows.
  • Experience implementing software solutions, including Agentic AI or advanced automation technologies.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including process evaluation, data validation, and root-cause analysis.
  • Ability to effectively manage project timelines, budgets, and ROI objectives while coordinating multiple stakeholders.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical and operational findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate cross-functional collaboration, build consensus, and support teams across a global organization.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Experience with customer portals, order management systems, or eCommerce platforms.
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or operational excellence methodologies.
  • Experience supporting omnichannel supply chain or Order-to-Cash transformation initiatives.
  • Experience developing process improvement roadmaps and tracking measurable business outcomes.
