Are you energized by building trusted relationships with high-net-worth clients and delivering customized financial solutions? We're seeking a Private Banker to join our Private Wealth group-partnering with experienced colleagues across the organization to provide tailored lending, deposit, investment, and planning services. You'll work from our newly designed location inside the IDS Center in downtown Minneapolis. The Private Banker will develop strong client relationships, retain total client assets, and drive overall portfolio growth. You will act as a central connection point-bringing together the right resources, providing convenience to clients, and delivering organization-wide solutions that meet their unique needs. Job Accountabilities * Provide financial advice and counsel to clients and prospective clients regarding market conditions, banking trends, and economic developments using bank-approved sources. * Drive profitable loan and deposit growth through proactive calling efforts with clients, prospects, and centers of influence, both in person and by phone. * Increase assets under management by developing new business and deepening existing client relationships through comprehensive needs assessments and solution matching across the Bank's business lines. * Actively engage in community and business events to enhance the Bank's visibility, build referral networks, and strengthen our role as an integral part of the community.
