The Senior Employee Relations Manager is responsible for leading a team of HR Advisors, US and Canada, who are involved with administering programs designed to foster a positive employee relations environment through the consistent and equitable application of Human Resources policies and procedures and federal and state laws and regulations. Identifies employee relations issues and recommends appropriate actions to address and resolve those issues. Responsible for compliance with state, federal and country employment laws. Location: You will need to be within a reasonable driving distance to Westbrook, Maine. This is a hybrid position, with the expectation that you'll be onsite at our Westbrook Headquarters 2-3 days a week. What You Will Be Doing:
