JOB SUMMARY: The ideal candidate will be an experienced paralegal that has the ability to support BioCryst's internal and external legal teams in patent litigation. The ideal candidate must be able to work with little or no supervision but also be a team player within the legal department. This selected candidate must be exceedingly well organized, creative, flexible, and enjoy the challenges of supporting an office of diverse people and programs. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: * Support internal and external legal teams in a wide range of duties including but not limited to document and data collection and production, preparation of case materials, and coordination of meetings with various stakeholders/clients/business partners. EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS: * Minimum of 7 years' experience working as a litigation paralegal; experience in Hatch-Waxman litigation preferred.
