TheRegional Sales Managerrole reports to the Director of Sales. Primary responsibilities are to grow new revenue, acquire new logos, maximize IAMs footprint within the HID install base, and strengthen product selection policies through strategic planning and relationship building with HID prospects within the Northeastern US. The Regional Sales Manager must effectively identify new project opportunities throughout multiple levels within prospects, customers, and channel partner organizations including senior management and all subsequent departments essential to advancing HID Global's market position. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible to sell enterprise software solutions to Global 2000 companies. The Regional Sales Manager will develop and execute a business plan to grow the territory through established relationships, developing new relationships, and working with our channel partners.

About You

You are a dynamic and driven sales professional with 5-7 years of experience in solution sales. As a hunter, you excel at identifying and securing new business opportunities, consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets. Your expertise with MEDDICC methodology ensures a strategic and thorough approach to sales, leading to successful outcomes.

You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with clients and effectively convey complex solutions. As a Salesforce power user, you leverage the platform to manage your sales pipeline efficiently and drive new logo development. A Masters degree, or continued education is a plus, reflecting your commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.

As ourRegional Sales Manager, you'll support HID's successby:




  • Driving new logo development, while upgrading existing customers to latest release
  • Meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Developing and executing a comprehensive regional business plan
  • Continually building and growing a robust sales pipeline
  • Successfully managing all aspects of sales process
  • Team with and managing territory HID channel partners
  • Working closely with pre-sales & post sales teams
  • Maintaining an updated and accurate forecast in CRM (Salesforce.com)



What we will love about your background:




  • 5-7 years exceeding sales quota as a Regional Sales Manager for a technology vendor. Preferably in the Identity Access & Management, Cybersecurity, Physical Security, or Enterprise Software space
  • Possess a track record of developing a greenfield territory, adding new logos in an Enterprise Software role
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills specific to field sales presentations and software demonstrations
  • Self-motivated with superb organizational skills
  • Extensive network of customers and advocates in market



YourExperienceand Education include:



  • BS/BA degree or equivalent education plus relevant industry work experience
  • Masters degree is a plus
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in Enterprise Software/Identity Access Management
  • Ability to effectively communicate in the English language, both verbally and in writing
  • Proficient with CRM software such as Salesforce.com
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Proficient with operating systems, such as Windows, etc.
  • Must reside in territory: Connecticut, Delaware, New York, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Maine, Vermont, Rhode Island

The base salary for this position ranges between $165,000 and $180,000. The OTE is up to $300,000.
