POSITION: Systems Analyst/Programmer I, EnQual DIVISION: Operations DEPARTMENT: Environmental Quality - Water Quality UNION/GRADE: Unit 6/Grade 9 TO VIEW OUR BENEFITS PLEASE CLICK ON THE LINK! - https://www.mwra.com/02org/html/benefits.htm BASIC PURPOSE: The Systems Analyst/Programmer I is responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, testing, implementing and maintaining software applications. This position is responsible for the support and interaction with the department staff to improve daily processing and user development in the understanding of the applications software. The Systems Analyst/Programmer I will manage environmental databases and prepare, maintain, and publish water quality reports required by regulations or for internal/external use. SUPERVISION RECEIVED: Works under the general supervision of a Program Manager, Data Management. SUPERVISION EXERCISED: None ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
