Flint Hills Resources is currently seeking a Construction Manager who is highly motivated to contribute value within the Project Capability Team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing small capital projects, working collaboratively in a team-based environment. Your leadership will play a crucial role in ensuring excellence in safety, quality, environmental, value, and competitiveness aspects of the projects.

What You Will Do

* Providing constructability and design input to enhance competitive execution and maintainability.
* Producing Construction deliverables (Construction Execution Plans, Estimate and Schedule inputs, and risk assessments) per the Project Plan
* Leading field execution by developing and utilizing strategies and methods that maximize value.
* Monitoring and controlling field execution results to plans and enacting change management where appropriate.
* Managing Execution Budgets and Schedules.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

* 5 Years Construction Management Experience or Planning Experience.
* An Bachlors degree in construction science/management, engineering technology, industrial engineering (or similar discipline) or a minimum of 7 years of industrial construction and a high school diploma.
* Proven Leadership exp
* Industrial Knowledge - Preferably Refinery or Chemical Plants
* Demonstrated experience in risk management,
* A strong knowledge of Technology

What Will Put You Ahead

* Bachelor's degree in construction management or project management.
* Possessing unique skills that offer alternative methods for executing work (scheduling, estimating, engineering, operations, etc.).
* Professional Certifications in Construction or Project Management.
* Instrumentation, controls, automation controls experience.

This role is subject to the Transportation Workers Identification Credentialing (TWIC) rule and requires the successful candidate to obtain a TWIC identification badge, allowing for un-escorted access to the facility within a specific time period.
