Are you an experienced Pharmacy Leader with a passion for patient care and team collaboration? We are seeking a dynamic individual to oversee the operations of our inpatient and outpatient pharmacies. What you'll do:

• Provide strategic direction to the service line

• Create an infrastructure that enhances clinical and financial outcomes

• Assure high quality patient satisfaction and service

• Facilitate market growth while attracting and maintaining highly qualified employees and providers

Requirements:

• Masters degree in a related field

• Minimum of 3-4 years of management experience in healthcare, with preference given to those with at least 3 years in an integrated healthcare system

• Pharmacist licensure strongly preferred

• Possess knowledge of interstate regulatory licensure requirements
