What You Will Experience in this position:
Design, implement and drive training initiatives that align with business strategies Be responsible for tracking and managing all training needs, including identifying training needs through internal stakeholder partnership Maintain data and report out on critical training metrics for the identified locations Maintain proper training documentation for all employees Responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating all training activities Assess additional training needs and providers to meet the strategic needs of the business
YOU HAVE:
Bachelor's degree preferred 2+ years of experience within training or human resources required Exposure to training experience within a manufacturing environment preferred Ability to develop and implement training programs and presentations Ability to build relationships and partner effectively with all levels of the organization Self-directed with excellent attention to detail

Pay Transparency
nVent's pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee's work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply.
Compensation Range: $76,000.00 - $141,100.00
